Privacy notice - A required disclosure of data practices (categories, purposes, sales/opt-out, third-party sharing, how to exercise rights) mandated by all five states.
In the CIPP/US body of knowledge, Privacy notice comes up under Chapter 14: The GDPR and International Privacy Issues; Chapter 4: Information Management and Privacy Risk Management; Chapter 6: State Comprehensive Privacy Laws.

- Privacy notice promises are enforceable by the ==FTC and the states==. (Notice, Choice, and Access (Opt-In vs. Opt-Out))
